I slammed the keyboard in frustration. Crash after crash. Setback after setback. Problem after problem. The horribly screwed-up blogskins website kept going underwater, followed by Blogger’s inapparent ability to check whether a website URL was available. The address http://edwinism.blogspot.com was obviously available but it denied me that wonderful address! Why can’t it follow its parent company by having a nearly flawless search tool?

Let’s leave these technical faults to those people who are paid-to-do-what-they-are-supposed-to-do.

I finally managed to squeeze some time out to finish this blog. From surfing the above mentioned website to registering and tinkering with HTML coding, it took me about 5 whole hours just to get to here, typing the maiden post.

I unearthed this treasured 5 hours with guidance from a medical certificate, aka the treasure map, and a doctor’s signature, aka the proverbial “X”, which marked the spot for me to skip CCA and camp at home coughing and pounding away.

Pounding at what? Pounding away at the keyboard think of what to type. But after much deliberation, I concluded that in addition to the arsenal of bacteria attacking my body, I am also suffering from a bout of writer’s block, curable only by time.
